Position Description: This position has overall responsibility for developing Goodyear India Customer Service strategy and ensuring its proper and consistent execution. The scope of responsibilities covers both the domestic business and the third-party export business.

Principal Responsibilities:

Lead Customer Service function of Goodyear India. This will be achieved by benchmarking practices with leading consumer durable / auto companies and using technology tools like mobile apps to ensure seamless resolution of Issues and optimize customer satisfaction. Enhance team performance and productivity through strategic management of resources and process improvements.

Customer Service operations: Leading the delivery of customer service to Goodyear customers across regions through the Regional Customer Service team.

Field Engineering:

Technical Adjustment for all products and adherence to AOP.
Ensure Focus tests are done as per the requirement of Q Tech / Marketing
Improvements for minimizing adjustment losses & complaints exhibiting continuous improvements.
Devise strategy around technical training on tyre inspections.

Call Centre Management:

Registration, allocation & tracking system for customers / Dealers / OE’s.
Create the capability to converse in regional languages.
Leverage call-centre for market insight through periodic dealer surveys etc.

Dealer Satisfaction Achievement:

Drive overall customer satisfaction metrics as measured by the annual third-party surveys.
Develop and implement a clear set of KPIs that take Goodyear to the path of being the unquestioned leader in aftersales service for both PBUs.
To achieve > 80% Dealer Satisfaction ratio through relevant and effective measures.

Complaint Resolution Management:

Achieve best-in-class time and service standards for complaint resolution, average call response, average inspection response time.
Resolution of complaints, within the agreed Average response time & calls inspection.

Providing Technical support for PBU Sales/Marketing teams.

People: Develop a high-performance culture within the Customer Service & Field Engineering organization to ensure a clear career path for High Potentials and Succession Planning for all direct reports.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering but open to any graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree with extensive customer service management experience in automotive, consumer durable or tyre industries.

Assistant Manager Payroll & Compliance – Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records
Input, review, and audit timekeeping and other payroll related records
Maintain time and attendance records
Enter new hires into the payroll system
Post changes in pay, tax status, and other miscellaneous categories
Compute wage, overtime, and other types of pay
Calculate and record payroll deductions (voluntary and involuntary)
Process advance, termination and other out-of-cycle payments
Reconcile earnings and deduction totals
Review output registers and reports and correct out-of-balance conditions
Compile payroll data for management, auditors, and others
Assure that all employees receive timely responses to inquiries, questions, etc.
Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal groups, hiring managers, and external parties
Manage smooth onboarding and Audit process as per defined guidelines

Other Responsibilities

Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g., salaries, benefits, rewards, deductions, taxes and third-party payments)
Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems
Processing of payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
Supervise and coach payroll team
Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Payroll or similar role
Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel)
Organizational and leadership skills
Minimum experience 4 to 10 years
Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented
Good follow-up skills; the ability to understand; adaptability to process changes; and a strong sense of importance and ownership

Must-Haves:

Minimum 4yrs experience MIS Excel, Indian Payroll and handling statutory compliance
Should be excellent in Advance Excel.
Laptop is mandatory for interview process.
Person should have experience in handling more than 5k employee headcount. This is MANDATORY as the candidate has to handle a huge volume

Account Executive – Enterprise Sales (India Remote)

Responsibilities – What will you do:

Handling full-fledged inbound sales pipeline: Qualification, Presales, Sales and Account Onboarding.
Attend to post sales activities such as user onboarding, customer success and renewals
Get on Customer Success Calls and Sales Calls to secure deals and ensure good user engagement
Assist with administrative tasks such as setting up free trials, invoice generation and payment follow-ups
