Soho is expert advisor support clients in niche domain and technologies.RiskManagement, and Compliance, Data, IT Audit, Accounting & Finance, Technology [ Cloud Migration, API development] and Operations with a heavy focus on Finance Regulatory reporting across etc. We provide a combination of technical (Cloud, Financial vendor products etc.) as well as functional talents. Job Title: Canada IT Recruiter
Experience: 2-7 Years
Location: Remote
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
MUST HAVE
❖ Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual.
❖ Extremely good at stakeholder management.
❖ Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
❖ Manage & Fulfil end to end Canada based IT requirements for Full-time and contract hiring.
❖ Experience in Bulk-hiring for Canada geography, anywhere around 8-10 hiring per month.
❖ Extensive experience in “self-sourcing” using Job Portals and Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, etc.)
❖ Good at reactive & proactive recruitment.
❖ Track-record of Quality over Quantity.
❖ Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates.
SKILLS LOOKING FOR
❖ Experience in building good pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translate these referrals into “hiring numbers”.
❖ Experience working on various ATS.
❖Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates.
❖ Passionate about recruitment and willing to go for extra mile to close the positions.
❖ Individual who loves candidate engagement to the core and ensures smooth onboarding experience for each hire.
❖ Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc.
GOOD TO HAVE
Minimum 2-6 years of experience with Canada IT Recruitment.
