Conducting Employee Fun activities/ Sports &Games Activities; Preparation/Sending Birthday Mailers.
Exit Process Co-ordination (Activity Handover, Exit Interview, Clearance formalities).
ER Process Manual adherence (IJP, Transfers, Skip Level Meetings, Performance Appraisal, Grievances Handling, Exits). ER Metrics (IJP, Employee Engagement, Skip Level, Performance Appraisal, PIP, Exit Analysis)
