Job Description

  • Exceptional communication skills and recruitment acumen with 10+ years of experience in US Staffing
  • Ability to perpetuate conversation with senior-level management and stakeholders.
  • Acts as recruiting SME to advise and acting as escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution.
  • Should have strong team handling abilities apart from being an individual contributor
  • Drive the team on reinventing hiring strategies
  • Training and mentor-ship of new team members
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry as well as current market phenomena to derive hiring strategies along with vendor management
  • The ability to multi- task and challenge deadlines
  • Work towards meeting the compliance needs/policy on utilizing the ATS & also tracking the team’s performance thru various metrics
