Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for creating offer letters and retainership letters for lateral entrants
    • Review the offer letters for entry level candidates
    • Will be responsible for ensuring relevant changes in TAMS (offer letter related)
    • Incorporate changes in offer letters due to changes in statute or organisation policy
    • Support in consolidation of payroll input
    • Ensuring grade changes, transfers and department changes are updated in the HRMS
    • Preparation of letters not limited to Redesignation, transfer etc

Skill & Experience

Well versed with MS Excel

Good communication skills

Top 3 Mandatory Skills:

Offer letter management

TAMS (offer letter related)


Minimum Relevant Experience: 1 year

Education/qualification: MBA
