Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand candidates’ career goals and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Counsel prospective learners regarding career growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up consistently with existing leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain a customer-first approach while delivering an excellent consultation experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead information and sales updates in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must-Have: 0 – 6 years of experience in EdTech Sales, & Business Development
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in EdTech, K-12, or Higher Education sales.
- Experience selling technology-based products or services.
- Experience handling a ticket size above ₹50,000.
- CRM and lead management experience.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
