The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and recommending suitable learning programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.
  • Understand candidates’ career goals and recommend suitable learning programs.
  • Counsel prospective learners regarding career growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Follow up consistently with existing leads to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach while delivering an excellent consultation experience.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead information and sales updates in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must-Have: 0 – 6 years of experience in EdTech Sales, & Business Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Basic knowledge of LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM is preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience in EdTech, K-12, or Higher Education sales.
  • Experience selling technology-based products or services.
  • Experience handling a ticket size above ₹50,000.
  • CRM and lead management experience.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
