Account Executive – Enterprise Sales (India Remote)
Responsibilities – What will you do:
- Handling full-fledged inbound sales pipeline: Qualification, Presales, Sales and Account Onboarding.
- Attend to post sales activities such as user onboarding, customer success and renewals
- Get on Customer Success Calls and Sales Calls to secure deals and ensure good user engagement
- Assist with administrative tasks such as setting up free trials, invoice generation and payment follow-ups
- Ensuring deals data accuracy on Sales Pipeline & CRM (HubSpot), troubleshooting client issues on WordPress, our custom system and other related software’s (training will be provided)
- Assist Sales Representatives in related activities to close deals, upsell, and renewals
Requirements- What are we looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar Account Executive or Sales related roles
- Proficient with HubSpot CRM, Zoom, Calendly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator tools
- Fluent and persuasive in written as well as verbal communications (English)
- Comfortable with fast-changing start-up environment and parameters
- Results driven and accountable for work and performance; committed to continuous development and growth
- Self-starter who is passionate about learning and sharing product knowledge
